Clothing for Africa Mountain Safaris
The clothes you bring will determine how pleasant your mountain hike will be. When packing for your African Mountain Safari, always consider clothing for rough terrain such as durable fabrics and some good shoes for walking in difficult areas. Wear Wool as a Rule Wool is the best fabric to wear when going mountain climbing because it keeps you warm without feeling too sweaty.
Remember to bring along something lat you can take off easily in case you get hot from all that walking. Gloves made of leather or other durable material with cut off fingers for better grip while keeping your arms safe.
Shoes for Africa Mountain Safaris
Avoid high heels and dress shoes. Carry very thin socks or no socks at all on your mountain trip. Wear sneakers or light trail shoes, but don't wear heavy-duty hiking boots. Light hiking boots are excellent in being good for keeping your footing on loose rocks while supporting your ankles.
Headgear for Africa Mountain Safaris
Although mountain climbing is a dangerous affair, you do not need any helmets for your Africa Mountain Safari. However, it is important to carry along a mountain wool beanie. These are good in protecting your extremeties (ears). The key factor is to pack and carry items that you can easily take off and will not be burdensome to carry as you trek up the mountain
